Update: 12/19 8:30am It looks like we are moving ahead into a significant weather event. judging by what the reports are saying, in all liklyhood the Mug Run will be canceled. I will officially make the call at 7pm tonight and post that here. A snow date will be announced in the next week or so.

The EER&TRC has always been a member of the Road Runners Club of America. We now are dually affiliated with Long Island Track and Field and the Greater Long Island Running Club. We continue to grow. In the last thirteen years we've organized/timed over 300 races. The East End is becoming more and more a year round place to run and have fun.

If your interested in running on the many east end trails, we have found it helpful to hike or run them first with a group. Getting lost when your running is no fun, and it's very easy to miss a marker. These websites can be very helpful in finding trails to run.
